The tariff mentioned here is indicative and is subject to change. We do understand that the requirements and expectations of our guests vary person to person and hence we also offer customized packages for our guests. To get a quote based on your requirements please call us or send us an inquiry using the booking inquiry page and we will contact you with the best possible rates!

All rates above are Including Accommodation, Breakfast, Lunch-Dinner, Tea (Morning & Evening), Camp fire, Fishing equipments, Sports/Recreation equipments.

• Bookings confirmation only after advance payment.
• Cancellation charges as per MTDC policy
• 7 days before the check-in date & time - 10%,
• Within 7 days but before 72 hrs of check-in date & time-25%,
• Within 72 hrs of check-in date or no show -100% (No refund)

General Policies

• “White Beach resort” is 100% Fire free environment zone for the comfort of all our natural recourses & Habitat. (Camp fire is allowed only in specific place which is allocated by “White Beach resort”, any violation in this policy is subject to forest act & police act)
• Please try to keep “White Beach Resort” plastic free, Please follow a strict policy of "no trace" outing, "Take nothing but memories and photographs, leave nothing but footprints".
• We regret we are not able to accommodate pets.
• All rates are based per persons per night.
• Tourist are not allowed to Drink & perform any water activities (Fishing, boating, water sports etc ) “White Beach resort” is not responsible for any mishaps.
• Do not destroy or litter the archaeological, historical monuments.
• Please do not carry or wear any valuables. Each individual would be responsible for their own belongings and the “White Beach resort” would not be liable for any losses.

Important request:

We should strictly follow the above codes of conduct, to avoid causing inconvenience to our fellow tourist from our group or outside.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT

• Rent a Car or Bus facility available
• Check-in: After 10 AM.
• Check-out: 9 AM.
• We will do our best to accommodate a request for early check-in / late check-out, but we cannot guarantee if this option will be available.

DAMAGES

• Guests who smoke in their room will be assessed a Rs 100 cleaning charge.
• Guests who damage “White Beach resort” property beyond normal wear-and-tear may be subject to a charge for damages.

PAYMENT

• Prepayment (Booking /Advance) at the time of reservation is 50% of the total package charge, Balance of payment is due at check-out.
• “White Beach resort” does not accept any credit cards.

Cancellations / Refund Policies

 

Cancellation:

To cancel a reservation, please email us at reservations@whitebeachresort.in at least 3 days before the arrival time, and your 100% deposit will be refunded to you.

No Shows:

For guests who failed to stay with us, the deposit will not be refunded.

Early Departures:

Guests will be charged for the remainder of their intended stay.
